1. Overview

AnySketch Neo AR Trace Drawing (the "App"), developed by Sung Jin Park (JIN ATOLL), values your privacy. We do not collect directly identifying information (PII) such as names, phone numbers, or emails. Anonymous identifiers are used solely for service functionality and abuse prevention. All core drawing features can be used anonymously.

2. Camera & Local Photo Library

AR Drawing Guide: Camera video is processed in real-time strictly on your device and is never stored or transmitted to any external server.

Local Image Selection: Photos selected from your gallery for personal tracing remain on your device and are not uploaded unless you explicitly choose to share them.

3. Network Gallery (User-Generated Content & Moderation)

Voluntary Sharing & Profile: When you explicitly upload a drawing, the image file, user-defined search tags, and an anonymous User ID (UID) are transmitted to our servers (Google Firebase). You may also choose a publicly visible nickname to be displayed with your content.

Comprehensive Moderation Pipeline: To maintain a safe community, uploaded images are subject to manual review by administrators and/or automated moderation. This includes on-device checks, heuristic filtering, perceptual hashing (pHash) for duplicate spam prevention, and the use of third-party AI analysis services (e.g., Google Cloud Vision API, OpenAI, etc.) to detect and filter explicit or inappropriate content. Data sent to third-party AI services is strictly transmitted via enterprise APIs solely for content safety evaluation. Your images are never stored by these third parties nor used to train their AI models.

Quota & Interaction Tracking: To ensure fair use and manage daily limits, we record your anonymous UID when you interact with (download or like) a drawing.

User Reporting & Blocking: Users can flag inappropriate content or block specific users. When a report is submitted, we securely log the reporter's anonymous UID, the reason, and a timestamp. This data is strictly used by administrators to manually review flagged content. Reports remain entirely anonymous.

Admin Rights: Uploaded content is subject to manual review. We reserve the right to remove, reject, or hide any objectionable content without prior notice.

4. AI-Powered Anime Style Transform

The App provides an optional "Anime Style Draw" feature that transforms user-selected photos into anime-style illustrations using a third-party AI service (OpenAI API).

How It Works: When you choose to use this feature, the photo you select is transmitted to OpenAI's servers via a secure enterprise API for image transformation. The transformed result is returned to your device and saved to your photo gallery.

Data Transmitted: Only the selected photo and a style instruction are sent. No personally identifying information such as your name, location, or device details is transmitted alongside the image.

User-Initiated Only: This feature is entirely optional and activates only when you explicitly choose to use it by selecting a photo and a style. Photos are never sent to any external service without your direct action.

Data Handling by Third Party: According to OpenAI's enterprise API policy, images submitted through the API are not stored or used to train their AI models. The data is processed solely for generating the requested output and is not retained.

Usage Limits: To manage costs and ensure fair access, this feature is subject to daily and monthly usage limits per device.

5. Technical Data & Abuse Prevention

To maintain stability, prevent abuse, and enforce our AnyNet Guideline (Terms of Service / Community Rules), we use Google Firebase to collect:

Abuse Prevention (Device Banning): We collect a cryptographically hashed, anonymous Device Identifier. This data cannot identify you personally and is strictly used to permanently ban devices that violate the AnyNet Guideline and to prevent circumvention.

Analytics & Stability: Anonymous app usage statistics, crash logs, device model, OS version, and approximate region (inferred via anonymized/masked IP address to strictly prevent personal identification).

6. Data Deletion & Retention

Local Deletion: Deleting the App removes your local anonymous profile and cached data.

Server Data & Account Deletion: You may request the removal of your uploaded Network Gallery images via the in-app "Delete" function. If you have already uninstalled the app, you may request the deletion of your data and anonymous profile by contacting us at sungjyny@gmail.com with your User ID or relevant content details.

Legal Compliance & Retention: Content removed due to policy violations, along with the associated hashed Device ID, will be retained in a "rejected/hidden" state on our servers to preserve evidence and permanently enforce ongoing bans based on our legitimate interest in maintaining platform integrity. Additionally, a minimal audit log (consent record and deletion timestamp) is retained for legal compliance and dispute resolution.
